Ensure Equipment is Powered Down: Always shut off the engine and disconnect the spark plug boot (or remove the battery pack on cordless models) before performing any service on the trimmer head assembly.

Clean the Trimmer Head Core: Before snapping the new cap cover into place, thoroughly clean out any packed mud, grass clipping fibers, or grit from the internal tabs of your trimmer head housing. This ensures the new cap locks securely.

Verify Dual Side Tabs: Press down firmly until both retention side tabs clip cleanly into the housing windows. Always give the cap a brief manual pull test to guarantee it will not release at high operating speeds.

A prepaid shipping label will be issued for all returns due to warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen packages. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
