Terminal Inspection: Before sliding the factory wire harness coupling into the new regulator, inspect your vehicle's male connector pins for corrosion or heat discoloration. Clean or replace damaged connectors to prevent circuit damage.

Apply Dielectric Grease: Applying a thin layer of specialized automotive dielectric grease inside the plug terminals is highly recommended to isolate moisture, dust, and electrical arcing.

Ground Verification: Ensure the metal chassis mounting surface is clean, rust-free, and securely fastened to provide a solid ground loop pathway for the heat-sink body.

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. A prepaid shipping label will be issued for all returns due to warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen packages. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
