Important Mechanical & Installation Notes

Isolate Electrical Power First: Always shut off the main circuit breaker feeding the pool equipment pad and verify the absence of electrical voltage with a multimeter before disconnecting wires or removing the old motor.

Replace Shaft Seals Simultaneously: It is highly recommended to install a brand-new pump shaft seal kit (specific to your pump model) whenever replacing a motor. Reusing an old seal significantly increases the risk of water leaking into the new motor housing, which can cause premature bearing failure.

Verify Voltage Wiring Layout: Before applying power to the newly installed motor, verify that the internal voltage selector terminal block (located under the rear canopy) is set correctly to match your supply voltage (115V vs. 230V) to prevent immediate electrical damage.

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. A prepaid shipping label will be issued for all returns due to warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen packages. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
